500g of mixed nuts (your choice!)

2 Tablespoons of Ór-Real Irish Butter

Dash of Cayenne Pepper

2 Teaspoons of Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon of Salt

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/gas mark 4/350ºF.

  2. Toss the nuts in a large bowl to combine and spread them out on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven till they become light golden-brown, about 10 minutes.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cayenne, muscovado sugar, salt and melted Ór-Real Irish Butter.

  4. Thoroughly toss the toasted nuts in the spiced butter and serve warm.
