The Perfect Christmas Sandwich.
Serves 2 | Prep time 10 mins
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
2 slices of leftover Christmas ham
80g leftover stuffing
50g Ór-Real Irish Butter, softened
4 thick slices white or brown bread
4 tbsp leftover gravy
4 slices leftover turkey
Cheese & Onions Crisps to garnish (optional!)
Method
Butter one side of each bread slice with Ór-Real Irish Butter. Put 2 slices, buttered-side down, on a work surface and top each one with 1 tbsp gravy, ham, turkey, stuffing and remaining gravy. Sandwich with the non-buttered side of the remaining 2 bread slices.
Heat the grill too high. Melt the rest of the Ó-Real Irish Butter in a pan on a medium heat and fry both sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden. Serve & enjoy with a Christmas Movie!
