175g self-raising flour

110g Caster sugar

110g Ó-Real Irish Butter softened

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 eggs

2 tablespoons water

Whipped cream for decoration


Method

Method

1. Mix the Ór- Real Irish Butter and sugar together until fully mixed

2. Add in the 2 eggs and mix

3. Add the 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix again

4. Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix

5. Add 2 tablespoons of water and mix into the smooth mixture

6. Pre heat the oven to 180° fan

7. Put the bun cases into the bun tray

8. Spoon the mixture into the bun cases

9. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
